Do you need to send something back to us?

If you want to return something because you are not satisfied or the product arrives defective, that is of course no problem.

To do this, simply select the shipping service provider you trust and send your return to:

IMPORTANT: Be sure to include a note with your order on which you write down the following things:
– Your order number
– Reason for your return

All returns will be processed within a few days of us receiving them. You will then receive a refund for the item (and possibly shipping) to the payment method you used.
An exchange is not possible! If there is a reason, it will always be refunded and you can then easily place a new order.
